Pojawianie sie Blue screen z niewiadomej przyczyny

Proszę o pomoc.
a jeżeli nie istnieje u mnie folder minidump
Nie masz pliku minidump, ponieważ nie masz ustawionej opcji o zapisywaniu zdarzenia do dziennika.
Klikasz start–>ppm na ikonę mój komputer–>właściwości–>zakładka zaawansowane–>uruchamianie i odzyskiwanie–>ustawienia
i zaznaczasz w awarii systemu, zapisz zdarzenie do dziennika systemu a poniżej mały zrzut pamięci (64kB)
Jak pojawi się blue screen to wklejasz tu kod błędu.
Możesz jeszcze zobaczyć w podglądzie zdarzeń czy nie ma jakiś błędów.
