Mam zamiar zakupić używane urządzenie (interfejs audio USB) PreSonus AudioBox USB w skład którego wchodzi program DAW: Presonus Studio One 2 Artist.
Program ten (Presonus Studio One 2 Artist) został już zarejestrowany i aktywowany przez pierwszego właściciela.
Pytanie jest następujące:
czy po zakupie, ja - jako drugi właściciel - będę mógł utworzyć własne konto użytkownika na internetowej stronie Presonusa dla tego sprzętu/programu i go ponownie zarejestrować i aktywować na własnym komputerze? I mieć do niego wszelkie prawa licencyjne?
Uprzejmie proszę o informację.

Taki list dostałem od polskiego dystrybutora w sprawie praw autorskich/licencji.

PreSonus Studio 1 Artist można zainstalować na 5 różnych stanowiskach komputerowych, przeniesienie praw autorskich jest możliwe, ale wymaga pewnych formalnych zabiegów (niżej link, krok po kroku co trzeba zrobić - zapis oryginalny, w razie wątpliwości służę pomocą).

TRANSFER YOUR STUDIO ONE LICENSE
Whether you want to freely give away or sell your copy of Studio One, the Studio One EULA (End User License Agreement) allows for the permanent transfer of your Studio One license to another person. To do this, you need only complete the PDF form available below and email it to s1transfer@presonus.com. Please read the following stipulations regarding Studio One license transfer before completing the form:
License Transfer requests will be processed within 5 business days of the request being received, and both the original owner and new owner will receive verification of the transfer via email.
The new owner must have a registered and activated PreSonus user account for the transfer to take place.
License transfer is permanent, and cannot be undone.
You are legally required to remove any installation of Studio One, as well as any installers, from your computers after transferring your license.
It is not possible to transfer a license that has been used as part of an upgrade to another license. This includes, but is not limited to:
Studio One Pro Version 1 after upgrading to Version 2
Studio One Artist after upgrading to any other version
