Problem z Windows Update i DISM

Witam

Od jakiegoś czasu męczę się z naprawą aktualizacji na jednym komputerze z Windows 8.1 Pro.
Z nie wiadomych mi przyczyn komputer ten nie chce zainstalować 7 aktualizacji - błąd 80073712
Są to: KB4022717, KB4038793, KB40338792, KB4038774, KB3138602, KB317614, KB3184143

Próba naprawy tego stanu rzeczy poprzez >DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth kończy się Error: 0x800f081f

Użycie DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup daje
Error: 14098

Magazyn składników jest uszkodzony.

W pliku dism.log znalazłem uszkodzone pakiety i jest z nimi pewień problem. Większość tych katalogów w ogóle nie istnieje
