Proszę o sprawdzenie loga z silenta-wszystko mi się muli

Jak w temacie:wszystko mi chodzi w “bardzo” zwolnionym tempie.Wyskoczyło mi jakieś okno ,że mam spyware,adware i coś tam jeszcze.Skanowałem już Spybot’em,AdAware i Pest-Patrolem,ale problem nie zniknął.Proszę o pomoc.
