W tytule tematu napisałeś o restartach, więc debugging tego właśnie dotyczy.
Żeby całkowicie wykluczyć jako powód np. Rootkity - Możesz dać jeszcze log z ComboFixa:

W logu z ComboFixa nic podejrzanego nie widać.
Tak więc przyczyna Twoich problemów nie jest “wirusowa”.
Mimo wszystko może lepiej by było wykonać zalecenie @qrczaka13 o Debuggingu?
