Zacznę od autostartu gdyż długo startuje mi system.Dodam tez że mam zainstalowany Vista Transformation Pack więc może to być przyczyna.
Zaznaczyłam wpis w autostarcie, który nie daje mi spokoju usuwam ten wpis a on ciągle wraca w autostarcie.

Logi są ok.
Możesz kosmetycznie ciachnąć.
Screen nie działa, wrzuć go gdzieś indziej np. na http://imageshack.us/ .
Proponuję poczytać: "ZBĘDNIKI " w autostarcie oraz Optymalizacja i odchudzanie Windowsa XP .

ctfmon.exe jest od zaawansowanych usług tekstowych. Jeśli ich nie używasz, to je wyłącz. W tym celu nie odznaczaj go autostarcie tylko Panel sterowania => Opcje regionalne => Języki => Szczegóły => Zaawansowane => zaznacz opcję wyłącz zaawansowane usługi tekstowe .

A ten wpis tez wyłączałam i znowu powracał od czego on jest i jak go na stałe wyłączyć?

Są to dodatkowe opcje w: Panel Sterowania -> Opcje Internetowe -> Zaawansowane (nie wiem dokładnie, które to opcje, ponieważ się w tym nie zagłębiałem).
Są to sterowniki od karty graficznej (sieciowe) firmy nVIDIA
Oba wpisy są OK - najlepiej ich nie ruszać
