witam
zwracam się do was z prośbą … oczywiście chodzi o wasza pomoc w walce z czymś co mi sie zalęgło
zaczęło sie wczoraj
w ciągu dnia zonealarm wciąż pytał sie czy pozwolić jakiemuś upload-owi na połączenie - wciąż zaznaczałam że nie
wyłączyłam komp
po paru godzinach włączam …

na pulpicie dodatkowa ikona SpyMarshal
tapeta zrobiła sie szara, pokazała mi się informacja/okno spymarshal i zaczęły ładować się (chyba) trojany
komp padł
walczę z nim od wczoraj (włączając w to noc) w trybie off-line w związku z tym że net nie działał a zauważyłam że jak wyjmę kabel z karty sieciowej to moge w kompie cokolwiek zrobić
i tak - usunęłam tego spymarshala
skanowalam wszystkim co mam:
ad-aware, spybot s&d, spysweeper
mam antywiruwa avast, zaporę zonealarm
udało mi sie odpalić net więc wykorzystuję chwilę on-line i … PROSZĘ O POMOC!
co mam zrobić żeby pomóc mojemu komputerowi?!
na tę chwilę:
tapeta wciąż szara - nie mogę jej zmienic
komp chodzi bardzo powoli
ad-aware na tę chwilę nic nie znajduje
spybot - znalazł i dosłownie przed chwilą wywaliłam co znalazł

Plik -> zapisz jako -> zmień rozszerzenie na wszystkie pliki -> zapisz pod nazwą FIX.REG
Odpal plik FIX.REG i potwierdź dodanie do rejestru i reset kompa
Daj nowe logi hjt + Silent Runners (zaznaczasz No i czekasz aż skończy pracować w tle), C:\Fixwareout\report.txt i c:\rapport.txt

dziękuje ale … nie pomogło niestety
nie miałam jak szukac pomocy ponieważ nie mogłam otworzyć żadnej strony internetowej
zrobiłam windows na nowo włącznie z usunięciem partycji i rozplanowaniem ich na nowo

Log czysty.
Czynności wykonałaś dobrze, ale mogłaś zamiast usuwać wszystkie partycje i tworzyć je na nowo, to tylko sformatować partycję C i następnie zainstalować na niej system.

bardzo sie ciesze że nie naknociłam (tym razem …)
w ramach usprawiedliwienia się: usunęłam partycje i wyznaczyłam je na nowo ponieważ C była … najmniejsza (c-10 D-14 E-14 … bez sensu jakoś …)
a tak sobie wykombinowałam w swoim króciutkim rozumku że skoro na C jest system to powinna być największa
czy mam zainstalować sobie jeszcze jakieś programy ochronne? czy zonealarm i avast wystarczą …?
dziękuję wam wszystkim za wsparcie moralne i merytoryczne w mojej nierównej walce z kompem
