Tworzenie/edytowanie binarnych plików w wierszu poleceń

Witam,

Poszukuję polecenia do wiersza poleceń (Windows) które umożliwi mi tworzenie, dopisywanie bądź zmianę binarnych danych w pliku np. chciałbym utworzyć plik z zawartością ‘00 ff 22 33 44’ albo zastąpić ‘11 22 33 AB’ na ‘53 0B 44 AC’.

Kiedyś się chyba spotkałem z takim czymś ale cały dzień męczę Google i nie jestem w stanie nic znaleźć na ten temat.

Proszę o informację nt tego czy akie coś jest możliwe/niemożliwe

PS. Nie poszukuję żadnego hexedytora! Ja potrzebuję taką funkcję z wiersza polecenia.
