Witam! Od pewnego czasu dzieje się coś dziwnego w moim ubuntu. Programy działają źle jeśli nie odpalę terminalem i z sudo, np. menedżer aktualizacji nie aktualizuje, centrum oprogramowania wyskakuje że nie mam uprawnien do instalowania, synaptic w ogole sie nie odpala bez sudo. Dodatkowo wiele programów się tnie. Wystarczy że wrzucę jakąś piosenkę do audacity i przestaje odpowiadać
A wcześniej mogłeś uruchamiać menedżer pakietów z konta użytkownika? Apt nie może nawet zalożyć blokady przecież …

Jakieś programy instalowane spoza Cou?

Przeważnie, gdy uruchamiasz program wymagający uprawnień roota, pyta on o hasło jeszcze przed uruchomieniem. O ile Ubuntu Software Center nie musi wymagać hasła dopóki nie zechcesz czegoś zainstalować, o tyle Synaptic, z tego co pamiętam, zawsze pytał o hasło przed uruchomieniem. Jeśli aplikacje musisz uruchamiać z terminalu, sprawdź czy masz zainstalowany Gksu/Gksudo lub Kdesu/Kdesudo.

No okej, zmieniłem a czemu standardowo nie miałem żeby odpalało z sudo?
Tego raczej się nie dowiemy, domyślnie system powinien używać Gksu. Niczego nie zmieniałeś?

Bodajże jeśli konto roota nie jest aktywne to nie wiem czy gksu będzie działać. Chyba tylko gksudo / kdesudo.
Na pewno nic nie było grzebane? 
Jest tak, jak piszesz, chodziło mi tylko o instalację pakietu o takiej nazwie. Z tego co widzę w Debianie jest pakiet gksu, który zawiera polecenia zarówno gksu, jak i gksudo, w przypadku KDE trzeba doinstalować osobno kdesudo.
