Awast znajduje mi Win32:Dialer-Bn[Trj] i go blokuje, ale nie radzi sobie z jego usunięciem. Pomóżcie mi go usunąć.

Coś mi się zdaje, że musisz dać jeszcze log z ComboFixa (masz chyba jeszcze inną infekcję:“WebAssist”:
