Wyłącz na chwilkę przywracanie systemu:

Panel sterowania -> System -> Przywracanie systemu

Tam zaznacz opcję Turn off System Restore lub Turn off System Restore on all drives (Wyłącz przywracanie na wszystkich dyskach). Zatwierdzasz wszystkie zmiany.

Czy po wyłączeniu przywracania systemu program, który wykrył szkodniki poradził sobie z usunięciem znalezionych śmieci?

Wygląda to następująco skanowałem kasperskim on line po wyłączeniu przywracania systemu nie wykrywał tych plików wcale nie widział ich.

Nod nie widział ich też.

W takim razie wszystko jest już OK.

Jeśli korzystasz z funkcji przywracania systemu to możesz ją znowu włączyć.
