Zablokowane ściąganie plików exe

Nie mogę ściągnąć żadnego programu exe.Pokazuje się komunikat "za pomocą jakiego programu chcesz otworzyć ten plik"jest wykaz programów ale żaden nie działa.Co można zrobić aby to naprawić?

Do KAZDAN 63 - Chrome.Skanowanie programami av nic nie znajduje.Operowanie w rejestrach jest niemożliwe ponieważ po wpisaniu "regedit"wyświetla się ten sam komunikat o którym wyżej napisałem."Za pomocą jakiego…"itd.
