Zmulony internet

Witam! Mój problem polega na tym, że podczas korzystania z internetu mam jakieś przerwy tak jakby podwieszał mi się komp. Nie mam pojęcia co to może być (bo i o kompach nie za dużo wiem :frowning: ) i prosze o radę. Administrator dostawcy netu twierdzi że na moim łaczu są bardzo znikome straty i inni użytkownicy nie mają tego problemu. Przepustowość do abonenta wynosi 1024 kbit/s od abonenta 512 kbit/s a u mnie nie osiąga nawet połowy :cry:

Nie wiem czy to ma jakieś znaczenie ale czasem zdarza się że przy odtwarzaniu muzyki zaczyna trzeszczeć a Nero “pali” mi co drugą płytkę. Mam zainstalowanego “Norton AntiVirus 2007” i on nie pokazuje mi żadnych wirusów.

sorki dwa razy wkleiłam tego samego loga bo net mi się podwiesił i nie widziałam wcześniej…

czy to że tak słabo chodzi net to może być wina karty sieciowej czy sterowników? nie wiem co robić a nie chce robić formata bo nie wiem czy to coś da. najgorzej że mało w tym się kapuję :frowning:

czasami tak jest że net muli i nic na to nie poradzisz, szczegulnie wieczorami i w dni wolne, wszyscy wtedy na necie

a co jeśli u sąsiada ściąga filmy z szybkością ok. 200 KB/s a u mnie w porywach do 60 a zazwyczaj nie osiąga 30 KB/s? mi się wydaje że to coś u mnie tylko pytanie co?

Można to sprawdzić tak:START>URUCHOM>devmgmt.msc a następnie w zakładce Widok wybierasz "Pokaż ukryte urządzenia"i dalej sprawdzasz czy przy którymś z nich nie ma pytajnika czy wykrzyknika.

Poza tym dobrze byłoby poczytać TO i TO

Mile jest też widziana od czasu do czasu defragmentacja.

Witam! okazało się że problem leży w karcie sieciowej. Po włożeniu nowej net działa zdecydowanie lepiej. Także temat zamknięty. Dzięki za podpowiedzi…
