Przede wszystkim - bez paniki. 
Odpal muła i w konfiguracji przy wyborze portów masz test. Przeprowadź go i powiedz, czy przeszedł a jeśli nie, to czy wysypał się dla TCP czy UDP.

To znaczy, że nie masz widocznego w świecie IP (wbrew temu co piszesz). Spróbuj zmienić numery portów w konfiguracji (+/-4). Możliwe też, że te konkretne porty blokuje Twój provider.
